Cancellation Policy

📋 Tele Physiotherapy Policy – Curis 360 Please read and agree to the following terms before booking your tele physiotherapy sessions: ✅ Package Validity & Rescheduling All tele physiotherapy packages are valid for 10 calendar days from the first scheduled session. Clients may reschedule up to 2 sessions within this period. A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Requests made after this cutoff will be considered No Show. No rescheduling will be allowed beyond the permitted 2 reschedules. ⏰ Joining Time & Grace Period Clients must join the scheduled session on time. A maximum wait time of 10 minutes will be allowed. If the client fails to join within 10 minutes, the session will be marked as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. ❌ No Refund Policy We maintain a strict no refund policy under all circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction, unused sessions, early termination by the client, or any form of connectivity issue. 🌐 Connectivity Responsibility It is the client’s responsibility to ensure stable internet and device readiness. If connectivity issues arise from the client’s end, the session will not be rescheduled. In such cases, therapists may continue the session via phone call, depending on feasibility. No time extension or replacement session will be granted due to poor connectivity on the client side.
