PhysioTherapy Exercise & Fitness at Curis 360

FITNESS TEST

Anyone can schedule a fitness test with Curis 360. This test will check your fitness level, strength, and flexibility of the main muscles. Blood pressure, sugar level, and pulse will also be monitored. Other criteria like agility, balance, and coordination may be added if required. The test results and an exercise prescription will be provided. Seeing the report exercises can be designed for clinic/gym/ home/ outdoors/personal training. This test will be done for all our clients who enroll in Fitness program.
