By engaging in our services at **Curis 360 Physiotherapy Clinic**, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
01. No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no refund policy for all services provided. Once payment is made for physiotherapy sessions, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
02. Session Validity
All paid sessions must be utilized within 45 days from the date of the first treatment.
Failure to avail the sessions within this window will result in the automatic lapse of any unused sessions.
Session Transfer Policy
- Eligibility: One-time option to transfer unused sessions to a family member if you cannot continue.
- Procedure: Request must be made in writing with relationship proof.
03. Insurance Disclaimer
Curis 360 does not provide insurance coverage or claim assistance. Customers are responsible for checking with their providers before treatment. We only provide medical bills.
