No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict **no refund policy** for all services provided by Curis 360 Physiotherapy Clinic. Once payment is made for physiotherapy sessions, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Session Utilization & Lapse
All paid physiotherapy sessions must be utilized within 45 days from the date of the first treatment session.
Failure to avail the physiotherapy sessions within this window will result in the **automatic lapse** of any unused sessions. Once lapsed, there is no provision for refund or transfer.
Session Transfer Policy
Eligibility
One-time option to transfer unused sessions to a family member if you cannot continue within 45 days.
Procedure
Requests must be submitted in writing, stating the name and relationship of the family member.
Conditions
Transferred sessions remain subject to the original 45-day window and no-refund policy.
Modification of Terms
Curis 360 Physiotherapy Clinic reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Insurance Disclaimer
Curis 360 Physiotherapy Clinic **does not provide insurance coverage**, claim assistance, or liaison services. We only provide official bills for payments made and treatments received.
Customers are solely responsible for checking with their insurance provider before availing treatment. The clinic is not liable to provide additional custom documents for insurance processing.
